Refund policy

UNITED KINGDOM 

We can exchange any LFA product in new, unworn condition with its original tags and packaging, as long as this arrives back with us within 7 days of delivery ( with tracking number only ). Some clients prefer dropping this off at your local Royal Mail Post Office and Post Office service point but this is completely up to you. Also we will provide you with a return label once you sent a note.

INTERNATIONAL

We can refund any LFA product in new, unworn condition with its original tags and packaging, excluding gift wrap packaging which is exempt, as long as this arrives back with us within 10 days ( with tracking number only ).
